# Commercial Service

> Lead management, campaign execution, proposals, contracts, and CTS workflows.

Manages the full sales pipeline from lead capture through campaign delivery. Owned by `commercial-service`.

## Workflow role

Commercial is the **workflow host** for the CRM sales pipeline. Every stage transition (qualify, approve, commit, deliver, invoice) is driven through this service.
